MONET BUILDING

Monet is entirely residential, with limited ground floor parking and a spacious main entrance lobby. Ground floor features garden condo units with sliding doors that open to lanai. Units come in as different types of 1-bedroom units or 2-bedroom units. There are only thirteen (13) units per floor, with a maximum number of five (5) units per wing, thus providing more than sufficient lighting, ventilation, and privacy for its residents. At floors 9 to 12, units include special combined units. Drying cages are also available at the roof decks.

Cezanne is a seven-story condominium that features a commercial area at the ground floor level and residential spaces from the 2nd to the 7th floors. This architectural lay-out provides appropriate spaces for the unique requirements of plant species, including attention to lighting, temperature and air flow.
