Vista Residences entered the Philippine condominium development scene in July 2006 with Mosaic in Greenbelt as its first offering to the public. Since then, it has set new standards for city living and redesigned the country's landscape with its elegant multi-level, and multi-use developments offering a varied selection from low- to high-rise structures. While Vista Residences is a recent entrant into the high-rise or multi-level property-development industry, it brings with it Vista Land and Lifescapes' over three decades of building homes, developing property and creating communities.
Vista Land is the Philippines' largest residential property developer with over 250,000 homes in 25 provinces and 55 cities and municipalities. Under its name are its distinct brands: Camella, Crown Asia Residences, and Brittany. Vista Land's unrivalled expertise in space planning, and unequalled knack for finding accessible and attractive locations makes Vista Residences an ideal source for condominium homes. The venture into vertical development began in 2004 when Vista Land launched The Marfori Towers at Muntinlupa City - its first residential condominium offering. After three years, the premiere home builder has 19 condominium projects in varying degrees of development - completed, under construction, or expected to rise in the future.
Although Vista Residences is a relatively new player in this high-rise or multi-level property development industry, it brings its three-decade experience of building homes, developing properties, and creating masterplanned communities. It has also integrated its expertise in space planning, and flair for finding accessible and attractive locations here. In addition, Vista Residences displays the company's commitment to assume a chief role in this sector, creating greater awareness of Vista Land's capabilities as well as enhancing efficiencies in their resource distribution. Vista Residences has assumed responsibility for the portfolio of home condominium projects previously held by Vista Land subsidiaries such as Brittany, Crown Asia Residences, and Camella Homes. Vista Residences contributed Php 778.8 million in revenues in 2010, 53% increase from 2009.
