The three buildings: two 5-storeys and one 15-storeys high, were designed lower than the typical condominium to give each resident a feeling of space, privacy and community; allowing the invigorating greenery of the pines to be the development's main feature, instead of the usual cement and steel. It was designed to be a low-rise, low-density development, assuring clients of not only the faster delivery of units, but also an expanse to breathe, stretch, grow, and live in what seem to be wide, open spaces - right in the middle of a teeming, thriving city.
